What information this website collects, why, and how we handle it.
This notice explains how Oyoon Altaqnya for Information Technology & Cybersecurity (“we”) handles personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you browse: this website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or tracking tools. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. [CONFIRM: add “We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies” if enabled.]
When you contact us: the details you enter in the contact form — name, organization, job title, email, phone, your interest, preferred language and message.
When you use the self-assessment: your full name, work email, company name, role and sector, your phone number if you give it, and your answers. We use them to email you your report from sales@techeyes.ly and to contact you about your results; our sales team receives a copy by email. We don’t store them on the website. While you answer, they are also kept in your browser’s local storage on your device so you can continue later; “Start over”, or clearing this site’s data in your browser, deletes them.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request or to send you your self-assessment report and follow up on it, and, if you become a client, to manage our working relationship. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by email to our sales team, and your self-assessment report is emailed to the work email you give. [CONFIRM: name the email/hosting providers, e.g. Microsoft 365 and Cloudflare.] We do not store form submissions in a separate database.
How long we keep it

Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to sales@techeyes.ly.
